O’VOIR RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At O’Voir, we take pride in delivering premium garments with uncompromising quality. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Limited drops marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during exclusive promotional events (unless stated otherwise)

Due to the limited nature of our releases, restocks are not guaranteed.

EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability.

If your size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store credit

  • Refund to original payment method

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@ovoir.com

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will make it right.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. O’Voir is not responsible for lost return shipments.
